• Full ownership of the commercial and operational roadmap from day one

• Close collaboration with an existing technical team that has built a working product or prototype

• Responsibility for strategy, fundraising, partnerships, recruitment and first customers

• Hands-on leadership in recruiting and shaping the founding team culture

Who you are

You are motivated by founding, scaling or turning early-stage ventures into sustainable businesses. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy ownership and are ready to be the public face and operational engine of a young company. You are based in — or willing to relocate to — Östergötland (Linköping / Norrköping) or able to commit to regular presence there when required.
