Batixt is seeking an experienced Battery Analytics Specialist to work across battery diagnostics, customer projects, research collaboration and product development.

Your role will be to help customers apply Batixt’s EIS technology to real battery challenges and to convert the learning from those engagements into scalable analytical methods and tools.

You will perform hands-on analysis of EIS and related battery data in pilot, verification and development projects, helping customers understand how to interpret the measurement results and apply them in their own technical and operational context.

You will also take an active role in collaborative research projects, working with academic and industrial partners to manage technical requirements, coordinate analytical work and translate findings into Batixt’s product development.

Batixt is a startup and part of LEAD business incubator based in Linköping, Sweden. We are developing advanced EIS measurement technology and solutions for batteries that are relevant for use throughout the entire battery value chain, from R&D and battery production to battery deployment and testing services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of EIS and related battery data in customer and research projects.

• Help customers understand, interpret and apply results from Batixt instruments.

• Take responsibility for Batixt’s analytical work in collaborative research and innovation projects.

• Manage technical requirements, analytical activities and communication with project partners and translate customer and research insights into requirements for Batixt’s analytical tools.

• Support pilot, verification and deployment activities, technical sales, demonstrations, onboarding and customer support.

Your Background:

• At least five years of relevant experience applying battery testing, diagnostics or analytics in an industrial or operational environment.

• Practical experience using battery data in testing, production, quality, diagnostics, service or deployed battery systems

• Strong understanding of EIS and its application to battery characterisation and diagnostics.

• Experience performing battery data analysis using Python, MATLAB or similar tools.

• Experience working in collaborative research or innovation projects.

• Degree in electrochemistry, battery science, engineering, physics or a related field.

• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Research experience is valued where it complements substantial operational or industrial experience. Programming experience is also highly valued.
